During Christmas weekend one of molar chipped which was really bothering my tongue. I called my normal dentist office and the dentist was on vacation (understandably). I then started calling all dentist office around Brandon and the same situation until I called Gentle Dental. They had a dentist working (thank God). The receptionist was super nice on the phone and understanding of my situation. She scheduled me for the same day. Everyone in the office was great and the dentist was able to find a way to fix the chipped tooth. I am very thankful for this office having a dentist working in a time when most dentist take vacation. I also appreciate everyone professionalism and understanding. I might be switching dental offices :)

I was suffering from a toothache in the middle of the night. I waited until 5 AM and called the exchange and received a phone call back from Dr. Farrokhrooz within five minutes. He was genuinely concerned and told me to come in that morning at 8 AM even though his office was closed. Both he and his staff took great care of me and got me squared away for the weekend. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone. V/r Dennis

The wait time was minimal - about 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment, which, given that it was late afternoon and there were lots of clients, was not bad. Cathy, the receptionist, was very attentive to client needs, and the dental hygienist was very thorough with the tooth cleaning, taking the time necessary to do the best she could.
